    Neighborhood Clean up is scheduled for June 5, 2026.  We'll be cleaning the shoulder of Peaceful Valley Rd and Marksheffel Rd.  Trash bags and water will be provided. Info will be updated later as we get closer to the day.

    Neighborhood cookout. August 23 at 4 pm. Takes place at the end of Bluegrass Pl Cul-de-sac &  The Bristol’s driveway.  (Bring your lawn chairs, a side dish to share, and your own beverage.) The HOA will provide hotdogs,  buns, desserts and  paper products.
