DESCRIPTION:PVHOA 2023 Feb Ballot\n\nPVHOA 2023 Feb Agenda\n\nJanuary 19\, 2023\n\nHello Neighbors\,\nOur Annual PVHOA meeting will be held on Saturday February 25 at Restoration Church. The doors will be opened at 1:30 (refreshments provided by the PVHOA Social Committee) and the meeting will begin at 2:00. The agenda for the meeting and ballot to be completed and returned is attached and can also be found on our website at pvhoa.net.\n\nAs stated in our Bylaws\, directors serve for a 1 year term and must be re-elected by a majority vote of a quorum of members present at a regular annual meeting or by proxy. Unfortunately\, after many years of greatly appreciated service to the PVHOA and it’s members\, Kinda Lenberg has requested to step down as our Treasurer. The board is requesting that any members interested in filling this position would contact me at Koester2@comcast.net or Kinda at klenberg@comcast.net  ASAP with any questions you might have.\n\nIn the past the HOA has provided dumpsters for the clean up weekend of June 16 – 18. This service must be voted on and approved by the members. Last year the cost was approximately $800 for two dumpsters for 4 days. It is anticipated to be similar this year.\n\nOur annual dues of $50 are due and can be sent to Kinda on or before the February 25 meeting.
